  • I’ve built my personal brand based on my expansive knowledge and experience in the different roles I’ve had over the course of my career. I know various sides of the business having been in many of those myself and my mentality has always been customer-first. I’m honest, responsive, a natural problem-solver, and a critical-thinker. I get to know my customer’s needs and seek to find solutions appropriate for their goals.
  • Collectively, I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 20 years. I was a technician/lead technician for 12 years, Residential Sales for 5 years, Sales Management overseeing Installation/Plumbing/Electrical departments for 2 years, and Company-Owned Distribution Sales for the last 3 years. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Ductless/Inverter Systems, Hydronics Systems, Installation Best Practices, and Residential Sales Processes.
  • I find dealers that I can build a lasting relationship with and provide them with the tools necessary to help build their business using the support of Daikin, our partners, and my own personal brand.
  • I have a unique perspective and ability to support my customers based on my years of experience working on the contractor side. My goals are to understand the mission of each business, help dealers become more profitable, and mentor customers on how to streamline their business building practices for efficiency and long-term growth.
